We were charged for a shelf in the refrigerator that we did not break $80.00. Nothing was BROKEN!! Just a way to get more money. If you stay here video everything. They probably have a list of things that if you don't point it out you will be charged. I wonder how many people they have charged for the same shelf that is not broken!!!!! Also, huge extra fee to heat the pool. That never gets warm,

The house is very well decorated. Bedrooms are super cool with each room having its own theme. My only complaint which was a major pain is the sliding door to the pool. It constantly gets stuck and is off track. My 13 year old went out on back patio to read and got stuck outside for 30 minutes because the door wouldn’t open. I couldn’t even open it for him and had to get my husband. The door really needs to be replaced or fixed. The company is aware because the instructions to get into the home stated the door sometimes gets stuck. Sometimes is an understatement. We also turned it in first day of stay and maintenance came and just put it back on track which is what my husband kept doing. They were very prompt with fixing other issue which was freezer door handle coming off. They are quick to respond to you by email. The walk to the water park is about 10 minutes. Lazy River is decent but make sure you get there early they run out of tubes quickly. Overall nice place to stay.

La casa de vacaciones estuvo excelente. Todo muy lindo, en especial la decoración de las habitaciones que a los niños les encantó. La casa tiene todas las comodidades como en mi propia casa y tiene muy buena ubicación con supermercados , tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca. Todo estaba muy limpio y acogedor. La piscina es pequeña pero el agua estaba con perfecta temperatura y además el home club estaba muy bueno para la diversión. Me encantó
