Excellent Customer services from the front desk, Very clean hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms, very varied and delicious breakfast, and on this occasion I want to give a special mention to the cafeteria staff, especially Odalis who was incredibly helpful, kind, and willing to assist guests at all times.

Excellent service! Luisa, the girl who works breakfast, was very friendly and always had a smile. Victoria, the front desk girl, was also very friendly. The room was clean, and most importantly, it's close to Orlando's parks, just 10 minutes away. Highly recommended!

Hotel is old and in need of refurbishment. Floors feel squishy in the hallways like there's a cushion under it. Tiny pillows in room, algae coated windows (outside glass). Breakfast is great. Pool closed during outlet stay and hotel wouldn't reduce resort fee their sign says it covers.

It was cold and the heat was not working which apparently they already knew when we called. They gave us an extra blanket which was actually a comforter, but only for 1 of the 2 beds which were both occupied.. We decided to not even stay the second night that was paid for. Otherwise room and staff were fine.

The team tried their hardest and did a good job at check in and the breakfast was pretty solid. Unfortunately the bed was pretty hard and not really comfortable. We were on the first floor and it was soooo loud in the morning. The water pressure was pretty low in the shower and the the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. Again, the staff was super nice.

Beautiful and clean interior. Well maintained breakfast area even in a large crowd. Food was fresh. Floors and the bathroom were very clean in my room. Very safe and secure area . I will definitely stay here again.

Only stayed one night because I did not feel comfortable staying there. Room had dusty and rusty furniture, tv difficult to navigate through and made a static noise every few minutes. Bathroom floor not thoroughly cleaned. At check-in the receptionist was having tea time and McDonald’s with another coworker while on the phone with someone else on her AirPod. The other receptionist at checkout didn’t bother helping me on how to get in contact with a manager when I asked to checkout early and how to go about getting a refund for what I had paid for.
