Great 2 story home located in the heart of Kissimmee area close to Disney, Universal, 24hrs dining restaurants, shopping centers, attractions themes, and much more. Great place for a family vacation, business travelers, group of friends etc. Each room has its own Smart tv, mini fridge.Pets are welcome. Quiet safe small gated community. Our goal is to make your stay the best possible. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have! Looking forward to hosting you!
Early check-in and late check out request available for additional fee of $100.
HOUSE RULES:
1. PLEASE NOTE:
Additional unregistered guests/visitors are not permitted on the premises day or night unless approved in advance for liability reasons. All guests/visitors must be included in the reservation.
Violation of house rules and occupancy requirements may result in a cancelation of this reservation/ agreement. Guests may be asked to vacate
the property with no refund
2. AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING: Guests agree that Air
conditioning shall not be set below 72
degrees and heat shall not be set above
78 and that the fan setting shall be "Auto"
Doors and windows shall be closed when
either heat or air conditioning is in
operation. If the thermostat is set below
72 may cause the unit to condensate or
shut down. Guests will be responsible for
such repairs caused by extreme
temperature settings.
3. SMOKING inside the property is strictly prohibited.
4. No parties allowed.
Unauthorized parties or unauthorized guests at the property will result in fines and additional charges up to entire damage deposit
5. Please keep in mind late unauthorized check out may result in $200 fine

The house was as described nice neighborhood owner responded quickly only problem we had was when we arrived the pin was not working had a hard time getting in other than that everything else was just fine. House is close to alot of attractions and activities.

It was 45 degrees in orlando friday night this property has no central heat. He has minature electric heaters about the size of a book but when you plug them in and cut them on the power jumps and you have to go inside the electrical panel to flip the breaker to regain power. We froze in there friday night thankful Saturday it was a lil warmer outside so heat wasnt a major need Saturday night We had no hot water for showers thebh9t water ladt about 5 min and it runs out and dosent get hot again until the next morning and or repeats the same process, when you run water in the house it poors out the side of a pipe on front side of house which is very unsanitary. Not to mention i traveled with myself my husband my 5 year old and my 17byear old i received a message from this host on the day of arriving and adk me how many people qas traveling with me i respond 4 he than sends me an invoice to pay 189.64 just because my 2 kids were comming with me thisvwsd totally scammish to me like why not tell me this in advance instead of waiting until the afternoon of my arrival when i can cancel and get my funds back i found this very weird this was overall the worst experience i have ever had i would never book here again this house is not what the pictures shows headboards has big holes in them do bot be fooled like i was internet dosent work check in says 4pm i didn't get check in info until 4:59 i have videos but this review only allows pictures

Great One Night Stay

The house is beautiful! There were a total of 7 bedrooms. All of the rooms had 2 King size beds except 2 rooms had only 1 King bed. Check-in information was not provided until 5 minutes before check-in time of 5pm. Which is late compared to other properties listed on VRBO. My main disappointment was that they charge $30/guest for any guest over 1. We didn't know of this charge until 45 minutes before check-in. The advertisement stated the maximum overnight guest is 16. Usually, you will pay for additional guest over the maximum amount if needed and there will be enough room to sleep the maximum guests (16) overnight comfortably. There is enough room to sleep 24 guest comfortably. Other than that, nice property & I would stay & book again if there wasn't a per guest fee.
