Other Florida attractions within about an hour’s drive include Daytona Beach, the Atlantic Coast, Tampa, the Gulf Coast, and the Kennedy Space Center. The villa is easily reached from Orlando International Airport by I-4 & the Central Florida GreeneWay.

At night, enjoy the peace and tranquility... stroll down our quiet street along the path beside the 40-acre natural lake just two blocks away. Take a relaxing dip in the pool before jumping into the shower to rinse your cares away, before crawling into the massive four-post fantasy king bed and snuggling in fine linens as the crickets lull you to sleep.

While right in the heart of the action, this gem is tucked away in a quiet, beautiful conservation community, allowing you to experience a bit of ‘real’ Florida. No gates or security guards here - we don't need them! The area is quiet and safe! When you need to escape the hustle of the theme parks, wind down & cool off, this quality rental provides the perfect retreat!

The fully air-conditioned villa sleeps eight people in FOUR bedrooms, each with closet. (No pull-out sofa bed to increase guest capacity). The master bedroom (King Double Pillow-Top Mattress) own bathroom w/pool access & walk-in closet is located on one side of the house, and three double bedrooms (2 Twins, 1 Queen, 1 Twin/1Double Up/Down) and a full bath are located on the other, providing additional privacy.

A fully-equipped Kitchen with dining for 8 overlooks the lounge area (living) and pool area. (When we say 'fully-equipped' we don't mean to typical vacation home standards [some have only a couple of pots and plates], we mean ready to prepare full meals, with all of the dishware, cutlery you need, plus a set of acrylics for use on the lanai!)

The lounge area opens out to the Lanai (covered deck) which overlooks our professionally-maintained, private pool completely covered by a screened enclosure to keep out insects and debris. The yard is landscaped to provide beauty and privacy from neighbours. Large spaces between homes allows you to relax... not in a fishbowl, but not too alone. A separate entrance gives access to the pool from the master bath. Out of the pool and right into the shower to warm up and rinse off!

• During winter months, optional POOL HEATING is usually required at $22/day. We set our heaters warmer and run them longer than most area properties.
• We have a playpen, two strollers, and a high chair available for guest use (please bring your own baby blankets) $5/day.
• We have a large propane fired BBQ with appropriate tools available $5/day. (Others provide 'free' BBQ's but you must run out & buy propane! We provide tools, 2 tanks, operating and a spare so you never run out!)
• Full-size Crib, Bikes, Scooters and other specialty items are easily pre-arranged for our guests at competitive rental rates, with delivery to & pick-up at the villa.

Holiday Season Bookings

Due to the Holiday Season being Peak Demand time in Orlando, these bookings are subject to the following requirements:
• Bookings are subject to a minimum charge of one week/seven nights.
• One week bookings may include either Christmas Eve through Boxing Day (the day after Christmas), or New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, but not both. In other words, one week (or less) bookings MUST have an arrival or departure date on December 27th through December 29th. This is done to leave a full week available around the unbooked holiday for other guests to book.
• Bookings which fail to meet this criteria, regardless of length, will be subject to a minimum charge of two weeks/fourteen nights. In other words, a guest could book only six nights, for example December 26th to January 1st, but would be subject to the minimum fourteen nights charge because the booking leaves no holiday dates for others to book.
• The minimum periods/charges apply to any additional or extra options added to the rental.
