The hotel was exceptional. The room was the largest regular room I’ve ever stayed in. Great coffee 24/7 and breakfast service at 6:30am. Staff was courteous.

The front desk check in staff was amazing friendly and very welcoming. The airport shuttle driver was excellent timely efficient and assisted with luggage. The outdoor area is inviting and the rooms were very spacious. Would definitely stay again.

DONT STAY HERE TOO FAR FROM THE PARKS

Breakfast included amazing. They don’t have housekeeping daily which I didn’t like one bit, it is every other day. I need room service daily to at least throw garbage away and get me new towels without me requesting them after getting to the room tired, all my necessities should be there. I didn’t feel I was in a hotel. This took me back to Void times when the rooms would get serviced if requested. They also don’t have a bottle opener so if you want to share a bottle with your spouse and didn’t bring one, they’ll ask you to go to the bar to get it opened, if the bar is closed, you’re royally screwed. Too far from the parks, 30-40 minutes not 15 minutes like the website says. Stay at a Disney or universal hotel, you will save money that way because you wound have to pay for parking $32 each time you visit a park. Just not worth staying here.

Great place! Needed a last minute room after a cancelled flight and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Clean, spacious rooms and very close to MCO with a free airport shuttle. Super convenient for airport travel.
