Hotel was located in a nice area with gated parking on property. Fast check in and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Key cards access elevators, rooms and doors to pool and outside. Rooms nicely decorated and beds are comfortable. Full breakfast was a home run! We will return again if in the downtown area.

Very nice hotel- very clean which is extremely important when traveling away from home! Staff was friendly and efficient. This property is right by the hospital so the surrounding area is great and felt safe.

It was convenient to the Kia Center, which is why we stayed, but otherwise we did not like the location.

The room was very nice. But the plastic silverware for the breakfast needs to be changed to regular silverware, because you can't cut the waffles, or anything else with small plastic eating utensils. Also I think it is unnecessary to charge $18 for parking, since your rooms are expensive to begin with. Also to charge $75 for a pet is crazy. I will be looking for another Hotel next time we travel.
