Great location. Easy to park. Room is safe and clean. Did not like the lamp in the room. Somehow it get loose connection and hit my son't shoulder and bruised. But overall was ok. Staff are nice.

The rooms were top notch, breakfast was perfect except I wish the hot foods were self serve, staff was rotated out often so no one got tired of me, at least at the front desk, was pet friendly!

Slight hiccup with the rooms but it was solved quickly and staff was very nice. Rooms were clean and quiet. Very convenient as well, went to EDC that weekend and it was a 20 min drive. Very close to target and Wawa for little things you may have forgotten or need quick.

Check in was good. The room was OK. The beds was clean, but it was an older in there housekeeping did not check the refrigerator. It had old food in it. The bathrooms was decent. The walls are really thin. We kept hearing a child running in the room from the fourth floor at 1-2 in the morning our phone just kept ringing. I had to unplug it so the question is is it a decent place to stay? I will say it’s OK.

This has to be the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Came back to my room at night and the door mechanism batteries apparently died and the front desk told me that there was nothing for them to do because the mechanic guy went home for the day. So I was left without any of my hygiene and belongings for the whole night. When I asked for how will I be compensated for this inconvenience, I was promised by the night staff that I will be discounted that night. But of course the morning shift staff had no clue about my inconvenience and told me she can not handle that process and I would have to talk to the manager. I’ve been trying to get in contact with a manager for 4 days now and counting because apparently this is the busiest manager in the world. This is a huge headache dealing with this hotel.

Nothing special about the room but the staff were not friendly at all. Check in was difficult due to the attitude of the employee. Be aware that they charge $27/night for parking. On top of paying, they make you agree that they aren't responsible for vehicle. What is the charge for? Why was it separate on an app/website and not included on hotel charges?

I spent 3 nights in a room with a sink that was clogged!! I reported it every morning to Kristi, but nothing was done. Even a room change would have been appreciated, but nothing. I asked for a decrease in my bill and was told the manager was not on site and given his card. I just called and the phone went dead after the greeting. Needless to say I will not be using Hilton again.

We encountered a few issues during our stay. First, the toilet handle wasn't functioning properly, it required holding it down the entire time for it to flush, and the water kept running. Additionally, our cards weren’t working at all. After returning from a trip, we couldn’t get into our room and were told we’d have to wait because even the master key didn’t work. The door’s battery was dead, so we had to wait, which wasn’t ideal after a long day of travel. Oscar, the night manager, was very friendly and eager to help. Another issue was the bed, it creaked when you sat down, and rolling over was a bit uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi connection was poor. Also, when I used the public restroom, the soap dispenser was broken. While the place was clean overall, these small issues fell below the expected standard.

First they lost my reservation from you. Had no idea until much later on the first day that they charge $27 extra per day to park at the hotel. You do not get your room refreshed or made up every day and the front desk staff was indignant that I asked me. A lot of hidden things that they don't tell you about until last minute. Will never stay there again and doubtful I will ever use your service again. Nothing was worth it. No free breakfast and no amenities to speak of. I'd rather stay somewhere else and pay more money for a nice service and decent front desk people. This was a terrible experience and my last time using you
