Original room assigned was not what i reserved, they changed my room to a room that could not lock, i asked for engineering to look at it, 4 hours later i had to call again. Finally an engineer showed up and said they didn't have the Parts. I called the front desk was told there were no other rooms available, they will let me know the next day. 3 days later i was not advised of a room changed. I felt insecure with a room that could not be dead bolted

Nice place-parking not so much

My stay was good outside of the late night yelling and slamming doors. The concern I had was with parking. I don't mind parking in the back of the hotel if there is a door accessible to come in the back. I didn't feel safe walking all the way to the front to get into the hotel.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. Only complaint is that the water pressure in shower wasn’t enough and the hot water wasn’t so hot, only Luke warm. Also another complaint is that now I realized with these hotels nowadays you have to pay for parking. About $50 for parking a night is ridiculous.

The first room we were given was clean, but the shower was ice cold so they moved us to another room. The shower in that room was hot, but there were other issues. When we flushed the toilet the lever pulled out of the tank. I had to personally push the lever in and resecure the nut. The mini fridge was not keeping things cold. I let them know at the front desk and I think they changed it. I couldn’t tell. The carpeting was torn and the cabinet door was hanging. The bed was mediocre as was my sleep in it. They charged for parking, who does that?! Otherwise it was conveniently located and there were many attractions and restaurants close by. Not sure I would stay again given the amount of choices in the area.

The staff was great, the hotel looked remodeled in the front but once you get inside your hotel it needs renovation, the room smelled really bad and the bed when you move make so much noise like you in a motel. The carpet were filthy dirty i believe that’s where the smell was coming from and cigarettes wouldn’t stay here again.
