Good value for 3 bedrooms condo, convenient for shopping, close to Disney parks. Kitchen is great to cook dinner for family of 6. Especially spending whole day from 9am till closing 10pm, then too tired and too late for kids to go to restaurant for another 2 hours waiting for meals to be served. Kids and family can take showers while we cook dinner. Right after meals, kids can go into their own beds immediately without extra traveling.

The photos don’t do it justice. We had a top floor 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, full kitchen. It was fantastic. Easy to get to Disney or universal. Pool area was small but nice. Rooms were quiet.

Nice property, older but very clean. Staff was very nice & helpful. It is a time share property so they’ll pitch you and there are resort fees on top of the price. Over all still a very good cost for all the room. Great experience!

Grand Beach Hilton has it all !!

We loved the place, location is perfect real close to the major Disney theme parks. The accommodation was spacious and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this place this last trip was our 3rd stay.

I would’ve given our stay 5 stars. Everything was great with the exception of the air in our room was limited to 70 degrees. We were on the top floor and it was 90 degrees outside. Other than that, we would stay again.

Nice condo feel with ZERO Vacay vibes

This condo resort is perfect if you want to park, sleep, and cook your own meals. It is near the parks with a sense of peace from the city, despite being right near major roads and businesses. But there is magic lost in not having a bar, a drink with an umbrella, or other vacation niceties. If you want that stuff, find another option. This was a good place for us with many family members because there was room to spread out in a 3 BR without breaking the bank. But again, not a vacation vibe- more like an apartment.

Short but fun

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. We love to come there with her children because there is so much to do without leaving if you don’t want to. Location to Seaworld is extremely beneficial traffic wise. The only downside we noticed was the coffee was a bit bitter and not real good. The pillows were quite thick and hard on the neck and head so I would suggest maybe offering dinner pillows to those guests that don’t.want such thick pillows. Overall, we do enjoy our time there, and would highly recommend it to other families.
