The rooms were very clean and nice to walk in to. Cecilia at check in was wonderful. Very kind. We were right beside a pool so it got a little noisy but not the worst. Definitely would recommend!

The room was spotless. The staff were inexperienced. The man locked himself out of the building, and once we started getting settled in, we were called back down to the office to get relocated. I asked to pay my deposit, but the man told us that it wasn’t necessary. I was locked out of my room the next day for not paying the deposit. For all of our troubles, nothing was done to make up for it. If you’re going to Disney, this hotel is atleast 15-20 minutes away from all parks. It kind of sucks.

Perfect for families visiting theme parks! The room was incredibly spacious and offered great value for the price. For a long-term stay, I highly recommend this hotel. One of the best perks for Japanese travelers is the large bathtub, which is perfect for soaking and recovering from a long day of walking at the parks. Having a private washer and dryer in the room was a game-changer—no need to wait for public machines or even leave your room. The room is fully equipped with a large fridge, a proper kitchen, an oven, and all the necessary utensils (knives, plates, etc.). If you stock up on groceries beforehand, you won’t have to drag tired kids out for dinner. It’s an absolute must-stay for families of 5 or more planning to visit multiple amusement parks!

Yes the unit was missing a pancake Turner called down to the office and the maintenance were able to bring up a pancake Turner to make pancakes and he was very nice I think his name was bill? I apologize for not remembering but the overall stay there was amazing can't wait to stay there again on our next visit to Orlando you have made it a destination place for us the family

The rooms were clean and so was the bathroom and kitchen and living area. It was a perfect location because everything you needed from shopping places to restaurants were relatively close. Didn’t get to experience the other amenities because we came for a funeral and was in and out. I would definitely come back and encourage other to stay here. Overall, excellent experience.

While the hotel room is great and clean the only issue I had was the check in. You go through two people during the process and no one double checks the information. We were given the wrong room information twice now on two separate stays. Wrong building number, wrong floor, wrong room number. This is incredibly frustrating when you arrive late and in the dark having already unpacked your car with no direct phone number to call from the parking lot.

First room, they tried to put us in smelled like spoiled beer second room they put us in when we came back the next day room key would not work. Had to call maintenance to fix lock. He wasn’t able to fix. Couldn’t leave…..had no way back in till next day once they came back with the correct part to fix lock.
