They did not allow me to stay in the hotel because I did not have a physical debit card on me and decided to tell me that if I had $100 cash that they would allow me to stay! And on top of it, they will not refund my money! So it looks like a letter to the attorney General in the state of Florida is the next Avenue

Great Experience, Convenient, Great Price

Was in town for a convention and found this hotel just a short drive away. So pleased that it was nice and inexpensive. Linda at the front desk was amazing and so helpful. Helped us get in our room 30 minutes early after a really long trip. Stopped by the front desk the next afternoon and she remembered me and my room number when I asked for extra towels. Parking was free, convenient, and safe. The hotel is a little older but kept up very nicely and its within walking distance to ICON park that has lots of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is extra but that works for me since I usually skip it and it kept my room price lower. They have a Seattle's Best in the lobby that was great and open early. I would recommend this hotel and stay again. If you can get a corner room, its quiet and large.

The room was super clean / Avi, the staff member at the front desk was a superstar and deserves a raise. The owner of the property would be smart to increase her pay immediately / The breakfast WAS NOT free as Hotels.com has advertised / The Air conditioning was the coldest I’ve ever had in a hotel room which was excellent / The Holiday Inn guy I talked to before I booked the room from this hotel misinformed me that they had a shuttle that would take me to the Orange County Convention Center. They were very wrong! That cost me over $20 a day times 3 days to park at the Center. Another Holiday Inn at Seaworld recommended I stay there because their shuttle wouldn’t take me there. To find out this location didn’t even have one was terrible communication on that guy’s part. So some things were excellent but a few staff poorly messaged their lack of services and costs. Those are the simple things that shouldn’t be missed.
