The staff was impeccable. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. The facilities are just outdated and need upgrading. Our toilet kept getting stopped up (someone came immediately to fix it as soon as we called every single time), the tub drained slowly and you can tell this is an older hotel. Also there was a resort fee I wasn't aware of until I got there.

We got in at 230am from a difficult travel day and the night desk worker was horrible asked us to leave and called the police for myself my wife and my 11 yr old daughter it was degrading and disrespectful

Close to Disney, Old Town, & awesome food trucks (so many choices!) Bunk bed room is GENIUS! Kid "cave" with their own TV = happy kids (and parents!). Rooms and bathroom are nice and big. Furniture Stuff's kinda old and worn out – definitely needs an update.

We have been here two times, so far. We are going back, every time from now on! Close to entertainment, restaurants and Disney, without all the $$$$. Staff and hotel rooms are nice! Pool/hottub and bar!
