The tub had a soft spot on the floor of it and would sink when I would step on it, it was just covered up by a non slip pad , it felt like I was going to fall thru it , also my blow dryer didn’t work I did get one on our last night also wasn’t impressed with the small fridge being on the floor .. I have psoriatic arthritis and it’s not favorable for me to bend that low to access the fridge and wasn’t happy I didn’t have a microwave I was traveling with kids and that would have been a lot more helpful . Pool Area was nice and the bartender inside by the pool was very good ! But definitely wasn’t happy with my room

10 stars for the front desk staff! Best I've seen in a long time! Pool was heated so that was really nice. Single Keurig coffee makers in rooms. Shampoo conditioner and body wash in shower in hand pumps was a real surprise. Beds are clean and comfy no bugs. All rooms have balconies. But it is a non-smoking building so you cannot Smoke on the balconies or in the pool area so you have to go outside either in the parking lot or the back of the building. Lots of dining and shopping options as well as Fun Spot America is right across the street.

The road out front was incredibly load untill close to midnight. Not used to such load traffic.. My room, hoever, was impeccably clean and had all anyone would need for the night.

The Front Desk just asked me how do I enjoy staying at hotel and my respond is bed mattress need to replace new. Because of my back get sores next day. They did offered to move other room. I don’t care about floor where we will be on. I just want a comfortable on little firm bed mattress to sleep on. I’m appreciative for their offering. I’m very happy to stay here as guest hotel. Pool is not too crowd and simple relax to swimming in. Definitely recommend to book in next time!

I've worked at resorts for many years. Good location, comfy bedding, nice bathroom, free shuttle, on bus line, fast elevators, easy parking, awesome front desk people. TO MANAGEMENT: Your lobby needs an industry level air freshner, it was mildew like & strong. Also, dirty floors make the property look worse than the hotel is in reality. Its a great hotel, great amenities, but floors & carpets in rooms & throughout the hotel need a professional deep cleaning once every 3 months & at the very least use carpet spray cleaner, MOP & vacuum after every checkout between guests! My carpet was dirty from wear, thats not your housekeeper, thats on management to require vacuuming with a spray carpet cleaner after each checkout or use a professional machine specifically made for corporate spaces. I liked this hotel overall, but please, clean floors are important, especially with so many infants & kids in the hotel playing on floors

Stayed here for two nights and overall was good. The building as a whole seems a bit older but the room was spacious and clean and it seemed like had recently been updated/renovated. In all, we had two main issues during our stay: The hotel says it offers a free shuttle service to the Disney parks which was part of the main reason we selected this location. However, once we got there we found out they only pickup and drop off at a specific time for each Disney park. We were going to Hollywood Studios and the shuttle only offered to take us there 2 1/2 hours after the park opened, and would only pick up 15 minutes before the rides closed. Making a separate time reservation was not an option either. Felt like this was really weird to not offer any transportation at least around the time the park opened…we ended up just taking an Uber there and back. Secondly, the hotel is located right across the street from “The Fun Spot” — which has thrill rides from which we could hear guests’ screams as they were riding the rides. We could also hear general noise coming from the theme park from our room late into the night.
