I was charged a service fee of $57 upon check-in, in addition to what I paid to Expedia. There was no parking at the hotel. The area did not seem safe. The lobby was extremely loud. The hallway to the room smelled very musty, like old gym socks. Then, the room smelled that way too. I sprayed good with Lysol but that did not help. The room was very dated. Even the door was cracked. The springs on the bed made noise every time I moved. When I responded to a text from the hotel regarding the issues, they did not respond. I travel to Orlando about 10 times per year. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Clean room, nice overall and amazing staff. Veronica and Carlos go above and beyond to ensure their guest are happy with the stay. Hot tub was great after a day at the parks. Met some good people there and enjoyed the stay. Would definitely stay there again.
