We checked in ok then when we got to our room it smelled of paint. There was a light shining in our room and there were no curtains to close. My wife’s criteria meds froze in the refrigerator in the room. There were no adjustments for the fridge and it didn’t look like it was going to freeze everything including our food all ruined. They did refund the room but it wasn’t enough that covered the food and medicine.

The proximity to the parks is awesome! The condition of the room is great! It really surprise me. The pool is heated and the bar and restaurant on the hotel are very convenient!

Good and spacious

Room was clean and spacious, slightly older but still good. Water running when the room above us used the bathroom was really loud so made it a bit difficult to stay asleep.

Satisfactory stay

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. We did enjoy the pool and ordered food and drinks from the pool bar. The hotel does need updated. As soon as we walked into our room, we noticed that most of the covering on the desk chair was peeled off. I also was not aware that I would be charged an additional $20 a day for parking and $30 a day for a resort fee. I initially thought I was getting a good deal booking on Hotels.com, but I could have stayed in a nicer hotel for the same price after the Holiday Inn attached on their additional fees.
