I went with my family, the hallways were super dirty, the bathroom had a leak that didn't let us sleep, and we found stained pillows, oh and they didn't change my towels or make the beds. Good location, everything is close, but I think they should improve the cleaning and check the bathrooms to make sure everything works properly.

Unfortunately had issues with an insect infestation in our first room. They upgraded us to a suite. That room had insects in the sink but that was the only place. Staff was very nice! Pool was ok. No hot tub however but the pool and the area around it was clean.

The hotel was under construction which is totally understandable but they didn’t clean the room very good. We found food and trash on the floor. The floors didn’t feel clean. The shower looked dirty.

Room Service Staff - Slow to respond. Did not provide what was requested - Towels, No Hand towels No face cloths. Construction activity on same floor Dirt Conditions in common area halls elevators. Parking limited. TGIF restaurant poor day service. Cold Breakfast Buffet. Hotel Convenient to Universal Studios, a plus.

Happy first time stay

Our stay was great. When we realized one of the tv's didn't work, maintenence came and replaced it within 2 hours. The additional cost of parking was a surprise. And there was no discount buying park passes at the hotel, so we will buy them online next time. But everyone was wonderful.
