The room felt neglected, 7 roaches in 1 night. People outside loitering since some of them apparently live there. Run down with weird smell. Mold in shower & stained towels. Definitely not upkept. Couldn’t sleep with all the bugs and the people talking and smoking weed and cigarettes outside of our door and the smell leaking into our room. I went with two toddlers and I was definitely scared of my car getting broken into or a roach crawling on us. I told the lady in the front and she said she could not refund and that the people that live in the hotel are known to behave bad that that she will speak to them. Didn’t seem remorseful or sorry or even surprised about my room concerns for safety concerns. Will NEVER go there again!

I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Florida, and overall it was a good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they could definitely use some updates to feel more modern. Even with that, my stay was still very enjoyable thanks to the amazing service. I want to give a special shout-out to Yasmin. She was absolutely incredible — friendly, professional, and always went out of her way to help with anything I needed. Her positive attitude made a big difference and really elevated the whole stay. Hotels need more employees like her. I would return again mainly because of the great service from Yasmin and the smooth, pleasant overall experience.
