The hotel was clean and the staff was nice but that was overlooked due to the entire hotel not having water from 5am until checkout which was a huge inconvenience. No water at all!

Checked in Saturday did not have maid service till Tuesday. When they did come put in two towels no toilet paper. Only one elevator working most of stay for 15 floor elevator. They offered us a $50 credit for no maid service checked out and never seen it

The property was BEAUTIFUL and the staff were so helpful and kind. If I return to Orlando, Hotel Landy would DEFINITELY be my first choice. Loved it!

Rooms were clean and quiet. Property was well msintained. The only negative was the air conditioner in room only goes to 68 and sguts off. We found ourselves getting hot during the night.
