Overall a good clean hotel with good service and a good free breakfast. Howevee 2 things that made our stay not great. First was the bathroom door. It’s a barn door style but it’s not even big enough to cover the entire bathroom opening. Anyone in the room could clearly see into the bathroom. The beds were also very hard, so uncomfortable we did not sleep well the entire 4 nights we were there.

For a property that was supposed to be brand new a lot of things were a bit off. The light on the bathroom behind the mirror was flashing so it could not be used, no hand soap and the safe had issues and had a huge hole on the side that was unsafe I had cut my finger on. The air conditioning is in the bedroom but it is super loud and directly faces one side of the bed. The staff were amazing and really helpful but the place could use a few more adjustments

Great service

Nice place. Stayed one night. Arrived after 3 and room type was not ready. The individual working the counter did an awesome job to provide an alternative that worked. He was very calm. I was impressed on how he handled it. The only negative thing is the bar is not open. Part of why I picked this hotel was the bar. I like to relax after a full day of the WDW parks.

We booked and paid for a 2-bedroom condo suite with king beds in November 2024 for a January 2025 stay. Unfortunately, upon check-in, we were informed that the hotel had overbooked and prioritized Hyatt members over bookings made through third-party companies. As a result, we were given two separate rooms on different floors and told our original booking might be available by noon the next day. The following day, we received a call to switch to the room we originally booked. However, upon returning to make the switch, the key card for the second room had been deactivated. This led to several frustrating trips to the front desk for assistance. Ultimately, maintenance had to unlock the room because none of the reprogrammed key cards worked. We were told this issue occurred because someone had checked the room out at 8 a.m. that morning in their system. While staying in all three rooms, we encountered some minor but notable inconveniences: The heater in each room blew cold air instead of warm. One of the initial rooms was missing towels. The hot water took over 15 minutes to heat up, leaving us with lukewarm water most of the time. On a positive note, the hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and professional despite the logistical challenges. However, these issues, including the overbooking and room-switching mishaps, put a strain on what was supposed to be a smooth and preplanned trip. While I might consider this hotel again, it would likely be a last-resort.

Didn’t get the room we reserved, it was smaller and had one less bed, but we were too tired to say anything once we got in at 2am. There is a bar behind the hotel and at 2-4 am they were blasting the music and it was hard to sleep. It’s not the best area. There is a AC that blows in the room that is soo loud and woke me up everytime it went off. There were a few bugs in the room, and breakfast wasn’t great quality. Ok for a free breakfast, but nothing really good.

Great Hotel

Very nice stay. The hotel is new. The room was a good size with a fully equipped kitchen (other than a microwave). DaShaun was at the front desk on two days of our stay. Very nice young lady. Professional, courteous, and answered each of our questions with ease. She is a good representative for the Hyatt House. Because the hotel is new, the pool and bar are not open yet. We used the workout room. Nicely equipped with dumbbells (2.5 to 50lbs) an adjustable bench, cable machine, Kettle Bells, medicine balls, bands, 3 mats, an exercise ball, 1 spin bike, 2 treadmills, and 2 ellipticals. Cleaning wipes and head phones were available for individual use. The breakfast area was clean and well staffed. Breakfast was good on both days. Hot and cold options available. Parking was free, which is greatly appreciated since most hotels in this area charge for parking. A security officer worked each shift at the hotel. Both guards we spoke with were professional young men. Even though this area is safe, the hotel provides security as an extra amenity. We would stay at the Hyatt House again and recommend this hotel.
