The room was clean and very spacious, which is important when traveling with a little one. The staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a cafe, mini Starbucks and a bar in the lobby which is very convenient. Plus there were plenty of great restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. We were very pleased with our stay.

The staff was really nice but this particular location charges for every thing. I enjoy staying at Hyatt hotels and I think it is a little ridiculous when you know folks are primarily in town for a event at the Convention Center or the attractions and they are charging to eat or park. The stay should suffice but at least service was up to par.
