Unfriendly , extremely rude receptionist , ruined my day with her rudeness. After having this experience, I decided to cancel my week stay and book somewhere else . Very weak front desk manager , couldn’t even show any sort of sympathy. I will never ever come stay at this hotel.

Expensive, yet the hot water took forever to get to the room, several times more than 10 minutes. The in-room menu was limited, many selections were not available and we finally gave up on in-room dining as the food was not even average, expensive, and always cold with no microwave in the room. The bed gave us both a backache. We are used to Marriott but decided to give the Hyatt a try -Marriott from now on!
