Overall, the hotel is very new and offers good value. However, the front desk staff were a bit slow during check-in, and we had to ask several times for extra bedding for our kids to use the sofa bed. I also wish the room lighting was warmer instead of bright white LED, though that may be a personal preference. Additionally, note that the bathroom doesn’t have a grab handle, which could be inconvenient for seniors or guests with mobility issues.

I'm always cautious about staying at different hotels but this hotel was absolutely amazing! It was stunning and absolutely perfect. The rooms were clean, the staff was so kind and helpful. The property and pool area was gorgeous! Multiple hot tubs and saunas. Large pool with a play area for kids. Less than 10 minutes from the Disney parks. Walmart directly across the street, literally a 3 minute drive. I will be staying at this hotel whenever I'm in this area.

Lying on a camp Cot bed, hoping someone picks up the Phone. Beautiful modern décor, clean rooms, and a great location, but the service still needs work. We arrived around 11 p.m. after a long day at the park and an even longer day of travel, only to end up waiting quite a while to check in. The place was surprisingly active for that time of night, with people actually setting up new hotel reservations right there at the desk, which took forever. There were just two employees trying to handle everything: check-ins, phone calls, and even guests buying drinks from the little gift shop. The whole process felt unnecessarily slow for a hotel. Our room itself was spacious and nicely updated, with two TVs and a clean, minimalist style. But there were no washcloths or face towels, so we couldn’t shower that night. I called down twice, but no one ever answered. By morning, I went down myself around 8:30 a.m. to ask again, and the woman at the front desk told me they were completely out of washcloths. She handed me a couple of hand-drying towels instead. A hotel should never run out of basics like that; it really threw me. The lighting in the room was harshly fluorescent, and the beds squeaked like camp cots, though everything else was tidy and convenient. The location is excellent — right across from Walmart and Starbucks, and only about ten minutes to Disney Springs. I’d come back, hoping next time they have the staffing and supplies to match their smiles.
