It was dirty, the sheets and blankets had stains and a long dark hair on the pillows. I have so many pictures of mold and dirt. It was unsettling! We literally arrived at midnight and had a cruise in the morning so I pretended I was camping. I would like a refund. It was FILTHY

There was no hot water and no usable water pressure in the shower, making it impossible to clean up before my flight home. This is a basic, non-negotiable hotel function. Despite the severity of the issue, no refund, compensation, or follow-up was provided, and there was no contact from corporate. Staff appeared disengaged and uninterested in resolving the problem. We rarely complain, but this chain consistently has issues. This experience confirmed that we will not stay with La Quinta/Wyndham again. A refund is expected.

I asked about there ride to air port when I checked in and told them I needed it for 5am and later I found out you had to write it down on a clip board and they were full for 5 am and 6 am rides so I had no ride will not stay at your hotel when you lie and leave people stranded with no way to get home

The staff was terrible no attention to the guests. The elevator was super dirty. Our bathroom was not clean and no toilet paper. 5 dollars for a 12 oz water bottle and you can’t pay cash so when you use your debit car they charge you more. Our check out was even worse than our check in
