"After" i gave my form of payment i was told i have to pay for parking through some third party ..i felt scammed as i was left with no choice outside of walking away and losing my money. Then the place wad filled with dogs..no prior warning.

Rhe location is great. Just cross rhe street into icon park. The hotel is ok. Room was clean but it does need an upgrade. One elevator broken and so only 1 workingg and very slow so it got hectic to use. Room service was not daily. But the breakfast was terrible. No eggs or ham.. just waffles and cereal. Few options. Parking is paid.

The day we got to the hotel one elevator was out of order. The second elevator was out the next day. When we returned from one of the park late at night we found both elevators out of order and the night manager did not know about it. When the problem shared with him he said he can't do anything about it and we should use the stairs to get to the 5th floor and he was very rude. The next day we found out that there was a third elevator that he did not know about!!! The breakfast is the worst continental type of breakfast I have ever experienced. Very limited options and all very low quality material. No cheese at all and instead of butter they had margarine. Only one type of bread, ice cold boiled egg, one type of jam, and maybe 2 or 3 other options plus wafel. That's it. The room was very old and all furnitures were damaged and bathroom does not look clean because of how old it is. Overall a very bad experience and we checked out earlier than we had planned and went to another hotel. Not a 3 star hotel, maybe at most just 1.

The location is excellent—right in the middle of all major attractions. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. Breakfast was good as well. However, room service needs improvement, as our room was not cleaned for two days during our stay. Also, we had to pay for parking, which was disappointing because the hotel’s website never mentioned any parking fees. We asked the front desk about it, but they were unable to help.

Check-in was quick. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and maintained hygiene. Only the washroom was not in a good condition, ceiling just above shower head had a huge crack and was leaking constantly. But never had an enough time to click picture for a proof. Breakfast was also delicious and staff was very polite. Overall, it was a good experience.

I was disappointed with the condition of the room. I booked after reading reviews but there was no way possible the reviews were genuine. I had a king suite and the carpet was extremely dirty and smelled. The pull out bed in the livingroom area was also very dirty and smelled. Even though the room was far less than, I must say that EVERY single staff person i encountered was extremely nice. They were all courteous, kind, and polite. For that I give 10 stars! The location was very accomodating and safe. The vibe in the lobby for breakfast was also nice. It felt like being around family. But, LaQuinta, you have to do better. The carpet in the hotel (common areas also) are filthy and smell. The furniture needs to be cleaned or replaced. I was also displeased that we had to pay to park on the property. I would understand if it were valet or a garage but to pay for regular parking daily, right outside the door is unfair to the guests. Kudos to the staff but all else was very disappointing.
