This vacation destination is only 5 miles to Disney World, Universal Studios, and close by to many major attractions Orlando has to offer! 10 BR and 19 beds accommodates up to 24 people. The Bronson clubhouse with lazy river, pool, and gym is just around the corner with walking distance. Super Target, Walmart, Publix, Sam's Club, Marshall, and many restaurants are minutes away right outside of the resort.

Every room has been thoughtfully crafted to cater to your dream vacation in Orlando! The themed rooms range from exotic jungle, Disney Princesses, Star Wars, to action-packed Marvel heroes. Shared spaces include a family room with an 85'' TV (11 other 70'' and 55'' TVs throughout the home); a billiard lounge with pool table, and dart board game for adults to enjoy while watching the sports games; a Sea World themed recreation room with bunk beds, table set, gym bicycle, air hockey table, foosball table, board games and children's books for kids to have fun; infants and toddlers can play on the foam floor mats and soft blocks.

All your needs will be met by this home with in-home access to a washing machine and a dryer, an ironing board, a dishwasher, and a fully stocked kitchen filled with high-end double oven range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, Drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, and utensils for both adults and young kids.

* Early check-in or late check-out is possible based on availability. The charge is $50 for each hour requested.

* Optional pool and spa heating is available for $50 per day for the duration of your stay. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance so we can set it up before your arrival. Heating may take up to 24 hours or more, especially during the winter.

* No running or diving in the pool area. The pool screen fence must be on all the time. Younger children must be under adult supervision in the pool area.

* There is a grill with two propane tanks. The guests would need to refill or exchange the tanks at gas stations, local stores (Home Depot or Costco) if the tanks are empty. The cost of buying a new full tank is $65 without an empty tank, $10-$30 with an empty tank. Please clean the grill after use. There will be a $60 charge if the grill is not cleaned before checking out.

* Trash is collected daily. Garbage must be bagged and placed in or next to the trash bin near the front door (not on the curb). Improper disposal may result in a charge of up to $300 at the guest’s expense.

* Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors or in the pool area. ($800 surcharge for odor removal)

* For the health of all current and future guests, no pet is allowed in this house. ($800 fine if breaking the no-pet rule)

* Large group parting is absolutely prohibited at this property.

* Quiet Time in the Storey Lake Community begins at 10 pm and ends at 6 am. This is regulated by the Osceola County Sherriff Office.

* There is no mailbox for this property thus USPS mails or packages will not be delivered. However, Amazon orders or shipments via UPS/Fedex can be delivered.

* Guests will be responsible for any damage to the property that occurs during your stay. Any missing or damaged items of the property will be charged toward your deposit.

* For the safety of your family and belongings, Ring doorbell is installed at the front door and security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property (without any view of inside, swimming pool area, or windows).

The resort is a 24/7 guard-gated community. Guests have complimentary access to the amenities in both resort clubhouses, the Storey Lake Clubhouse and the Bronson Clubhouse. The Luxury services provided include a water park with pool, water slides, water splash, and lazy river; beach volleyball; gym, and sports courts; Please bring the towels back if you take them to the pool at the clubhouse. Services like kayak rentals, mini golf, restaurant/bar, spa/massage, and concierge are provided at the clubhouse as well with charges.
