The apartment was very clean and nicely appointed. The location was convenient for our purpose and was quiet. The apartment community was upscale and safe, very nice. Unfortunately, I'm giving this a 4-star review because there were a few problems with my stay:1 - According to the house instructions, there was supposed to be keys for the fitness center and a parking pass for our vehicle. None of this was included, could not use the fitness center. Thankfully car did not get towed. I suspect a guest forgot to leave these and the host never replaced them b/c there is a charge from the apartment complex to do so for them. 2 - It is not feasible to cook in this apartment. There are utensils, dishes, pans, but you have to buy absolutely everything. There is no spices, no sugar, no basics that would make it feasible to cook here. If you are eating out every night or ordering in, then this is your place. There is a Keurig, but you will need to buy your own k-cups.3 - Extra bedding. there is no extra bedding. I asked for some before the stay and my message was never responded to. Also, I believe the ownership of this VRBO is Brazilian as I was getting automated email messages in Portuguese. When you click on the link, it was trying to get me to log into the Brazilian language VRBO. 4 - needs a pullout couch or sofa bed. I was traveling in with my son and he didn't want to sleep in the same bed as his Dad (don't blame him).
