The Space:

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms are arranged across two levels. Downstairs you’ll find a bedroom with 1 Queen bed and another with 2 Twin beds plus 1 Full bed in a bunk‑bed style layout. Upstairs offers a room with 1 King bed, a bunk‑bed style room with 4 Twin beds, and an additional room with 1 Queen bed. Four bathrooms are spread throughout the home, providing easy access for everyone.
Indoor living
A large living area offers ample space to gather, watch TV, or play board games. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing meals together. An indoor dining area is set for shared meals, while a washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. Essentials and bed linens are provided, along with a dedicated workspace and reliable Wi‑Fi.
Outdoor living
Step outside to your private pool, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip or add optional heat for extra comfort. The patio includes outdoor furniture and a backyard area, creating a relaxed spot for conversation. A BBQ grill is available for simple outdoor meals whenever the mood strikes.

Guest Access:

Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
