The room was spacious and perfect for our 2 couples and 2 kids trip. The room has everything we needed with great views of Orlando. The amenities at this property were amazing. We loved the activities room, it had something for everyone to enjoy. The splash pad was a huge hit and so was the open space on the soccer area.

Great Amenities, Little Inconveniences

Beautiful hotel with nice amenities. Customer service was on point from the minute we arrived, although I could do without the high-pressure sales tactics when checking in to join their vacation club. Food from kitchen was great, poolside drinks were great, rooms were spacious and comfortable. The downsides: 3 elevators for a property this side seems a little scarce, ice machines on only 2 floors, poolside bar closing at 7:00, and parking is not the most convenient, unless you valet. Pretty much have to come through the main lobby for any activity or amenity.
