Would Stay Again!
My party of 4 adults stayed in the property for 4 nights in July 2019. We found the property to be just as shown in the pictures. We made good use of the patio area, grilling and relaxing in the pool most evenings which was awesome. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. I would recommend bring extra towels and bedding unless you plan to do laundry often. The rental only has a what is available on the bed or in the bath....no extras. I would also recommend stopping by the Dollar Tree to purchase kitchen supplies such as dish towels as none are available. The rental has some wear to it....stained carpets, loose handrail on the stairs, loose tissue holders, loose electric plugs and detached light in the pool. I didn't personally find any of these thing completely uncomfortable but just be aware. We did have a small problem with ants in the kitchen....quick trip to Dollar Tree helped with this as well. Also, there is construction on additional units, so it is a bit noisy in the mornings. I would recommend to the property owners to install security just as a precaution. Finally, the garage was not accessible to us so parking 2 cars was a challenge in the single driveway.
Again, I don't think any of these items would prevent me from renting this unit again. We really enjoyed our stay.
