Situated in the luxurious, gated Solara Resort community, the townhome is a corner unit with lots of natural sunlight. Parking is in front of the home. There are 2 designated accessible parking spots and a curb-cut immediately in front of the home.
Just a 2-minute walk across the street from the 13,000 sq ft Solara Clubhouse you will have unlimited access to all the facilities including a full-service restaurant, sundries store, state-of-the art fitness center and movement studio. Cool off in the pool area, complete with a children’s splash pad, cabanas, and water slides anchored by the expansive heated zero-entry pool that's perfect for families of all ages. Be sure to visit the ice cream and coffee bar in the restaurant or enjoy food service poolside. Experience the new state of the art surf/wakeboard simulator, the Flow-Rider. (There is an extra charge for the Flow-Rider - please ask the resort for more information on the fees and available times upon arrival.) You will also find a full-size sand volleyball court, a full-size soccer field with stadium seating, a full-size basketball court and a lovely walking/jogging trail for all ages. Younger children will have fun in the playground area and older kids can spend time in the teen zone, enjoying the video arcade games, sports simulator and hang-out areas. FREE Wi-Fi throughout the clubhouse and pool areas. There's even a business center with computer/printer access if you need to get some work done.
Other things to note
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Towels and extra sheets will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
POOL HEAT: The pool is not heated but pool heat can be requested for an additional fee of $40 per day for the length of your stay. Please provide 24-hours notice before check-in.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after check-out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder, etc. can be provided prior to check-in.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Daily trash valet. Please place trash outside in the bin by the front door to keep the home clean.
Note: The area receives heavy rainfall between August and October and in extreme cases, the exterior grounds may flood and cause 1-2 inches of water to build up around the lanai. This happens in the entire resort and is not the result of pool equipment malfunctioning. The water will drain and subside as soon as the rain stops so be patient and enjoy your time indoors if this happens. In the event of extreme weather conditions, the Clubhouse amenities may close for the safety of all guests. These events are beyond our control and there will be no refunds if this happens during an extended stay.
