Disappointing Stay – Unsanitary and Inaccurate ListingJune 29th July 6thOur experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we discovered poop on the floor, which wasn’t cleaned until Tuesday, leaving us in unsanitary conditions for days. The listing claimed the property had 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, but it only had 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. No accommodations or discounts were offered for the inconvenience.With young children (ages 6 and 8), we were especially concerned. They had to wear shoes inside due to the dirty conditions. The handrail going up the stairs was filthy, and my mom had to clean it herself.While the beds were comfortable, the layout of the upstairs ensuite bathroom was terrible. The toilet was so close to the door that it couldn't be opened while in use, and the door wouldn’t even lock. The shower was extremely cramped, only suitable for a small person. If you're larger or need more space, I'd recommend choosing a different room—or a different rental altogether.Overall, the lack of cleanliness, misleading description, and poor customer service made this stay a major letdown.
