The man at the front desk was nice but the hotel is not in good condition. The elevator didn't work. The entrance light to the room and multiple outlets did not work.

The elevator was broken and I have bad knees cannot walk up to the third floor. Bed was comfortable, but shower head had the worst amount of pressure. (Hand sink had too much pressure and splashed all over the wall and floor) Breakfast was good, however the girl working needed help. It was extremely busy at 9 am and tables were dirty, garbage was overflowing, ran out of all pastries and eggs. Recommend to place the waffle maker in a different area to free up space because the line congested the small area to get your hot breakfast and drinks. The three workers sitting upfront talking should've helped the lady working the food because it's definitely too busy to just have one person trying to keep up with it all while other employees were just hanging out talking

The only issues I had were that the room was not very clean, there were splatters of unknown substances on the wall behind the sink and around the toilet. Biggest problem was the black mold in the shower. The breakfast wasn’t bad, just very tight space and minimal options. Overall, the hotel is in a good area and no issues with the staff. There is a resort fee because there is a pool, even if you don’t use it.

The room had no hot water and if it did you would have to run the shower for almost 30 min before you want to shower. There was a lot a discolored wall and cracks. The shower head also has absolutely no pressure what so ever it drips. The staff was not helpful in any way. Also the shuttles only go to 2 parks and they are not early they are later in the day. So we had to uber to every park which cost a lot of money. Ended up having to move to another hotel because the staff was not helpful with the hot water issue.
