Excelente servicio. Personal Muy amables tanto front desk como la chica del desayuno. Sobre la habitación me tocó esta ves el nivel 3, Mi cuarto estaba Super Limpio, el cuarto tiene Microwave, Caja de seguridad, Aire Acondicionado, Toallas, Shampoo, Lavamanos, Televisor. El hotel cuenta con buen estacionamiento incluido en la reserva. Sobre el Área (espacio de sentarse) del desayuno es uno pequeño y se complica el poder sentarse muchas veces por el espacio limitado. En cuanto a la comida el desayuno es uno completo: Huevo, Pan, Algunos Cakes, Waffles, Juice, Cereales, Papas tipo Hash brown, Sausage, Café, Jogurt. El hotel tiene Excelente úbicación, cerquita de tiendas, restaurant and Old Towns and World Of Food Truck. (Esta última es un área excelente para comer diferentes tipos de comidas de diferentes países) Esta es mi cuarta ves que me hospedo en este hotel y lo único que está ves fué diferente es que me cobraron un resort fee de $12.95 plus tax por noche. Y antes en el pago que hacía en expedía era el total definitivo, osea no pagaba nada más adicional al hacer el check in en el hotel. Ahora el total de Expedia aunque diga que incluye los fee y tax, pues no es así. Expedia debería aclarar eso en sus descripciones o incluirlo en el total definitivo. En Resumen quitando ese inconveniente del resort fee que no está claro via Expedia, excelente opción para quedarse. Espero sigan así y mejorando, y sobre todo con los buenos precios. ✌🙌

Facility was very quiet at night, no noisy people. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, bread, waffles, etc. - not just bread items. Room was clean, a/c sounded strange but worked well. Shower water pressure was very low. Pool was out of order which was strange. Would go to again!

This hotel is not remodeled it run down and the clerk these greeted me .She definitely was not the most friendly person at all. The room smelled amazingly fresh ans clean upon walking in. We asked for an extra pillow or two and the so kindly brought us 4 (we sleep with a bunch at home so its weird without them haha). Bed seriously qualifies as one of the most comfortable hotel beds ive ever been in. The breakfast appeared good but the lack of space and seating just caused us to leave as it was very claustrophobic in there. But i will take a good bed and aclean over breakfast any day lol.

I have seen lot of bugs and insects inside the room even after complaining about those no response. Lift provision is there but of no use and very difficult to climb to 3rd floor. I have pictures of dirty ness but unable to upload here. Please help me know how to upload the pictures. They charge more after booking for amenities which they won't provide like Lift, Water, Soaps, Hand towel. etc.

Pros: Rooms were clean and good. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Cons: There were hidden fee of around $14 per day which was not shown during booking. Shuttle service is not useful as they start at 9.40 am from hotel and 9 pm from park. To catch the shuttle while return, you have to skip main Disney attractions, pared and fireworks.

Concierge was warm, inviting, and extremely accommodating. The room was fabulous and the bed was comfortable. The architecture made me feel like I was in an updated and fresh 1990's Los Angeles hotel. The breakfast was pretty good, too! Thankful.
