 The attached spa is not a separate entity from the pool,

It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. The pool and Spa share one combined heater. Once the water reaches the set temperature of 95°, the system will work to maintain that temperature. It will not increase past that point, as this is a safety measure to prevent scalding and ensure the water is safe for children and guests with heat sensitivity. The pool heater’s safety system prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working.

If you would like to isolate the heat more directly to the spa, you can do so by adjusting the control on the wall. This will allow the heat to stay in the spa, but it only works when you make that adjustment.

The heater/pump periodically shuts off briefly to give the pump time to calibrate and maintain temperature and functionality efficiently. During this brief period.The bubbles in the spa will not operate until the pump is moving.*
