One of the nicest homes available in the prestigious Formosa Garden Estates, a gated community just minutes to Disney and just over 1 mile to the Hwy 192 Resort Area. Available to the most discerning guests looking for a truly exquisite vacation rental. Located at the end of a quiet Cul-De-Sac and boasting over 6500 SqFt of luxurious living space.

With parking for at least 6 cars, this custom designed home will be perfect for multiple families sleeping up to 18 guests. There are 8 Bedrooms, 7 of which have their own en-suite full bathrooms. The 8the bedroom ( Dragons Den ) has 2 queen beds and the 8th full bathroom right outside the door. 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor along with the massive landing area with professional slate bed pool table and doors leading out to the covered balcony overlooking the screened in outside pool area. The remaining 4 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with two living areas, dining area, breakfast nook and leading to the theater room with cinema seating for 9 people.

There is a luxury kitchen with gas stove, large double door refrigerator, wine chiller and separate laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 gas dryers. Two of the ground floor bedrooms have direct access to the oversize pool deck and private gas heated pool/spa with twin waterfalls. Please note gas pool/spa heating is charged separately. There is an outdoor kitchen area with a gas BBQ grill available for your use. The pool deck is completely private and not overlooked at all.

The home has high speed WiFi throughout the property with extended mesh network and a number of Amazon Echo Show devices available. The home has the benefit of two separate A/C systems, one for each floor.

The pool was filthy and the pool deck had mold on it. Outdoor kitchen wash full of trash and filthy. The host was picking up trash as we were checking out the property before checking in. Paint peeling from ceiling and water spots all over ceiling in various bedrooms.Stove still working partially as reported several months ago.

12 people stayed in this Kissimmee home for 4 nights, and the location was definitely a highlight. The property is in a safe, gated community, and the pool and jacuzzi were both very nice features that we enjoyed. The host was relatively responsive and accommodating when we requested additional kitchen supplies. Issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected were some of the beds were quite hard which made sleeping challenging for a few members of our group but the primary bedroom had a comfortable setup.The media room was not prepared for guests. We had to purchase an HDMI cable ourselves and figure out how to connect the projector just to watch a movie and the cable service was not working. The loud door alarm that sounded when a door to the pool area was opened (safety for kids) It took 2 days to inform us that we could disarm since we had no kids. One side of the stove didn’t work properly (we had to light manually with match), making it difficult to cook meals for 12 people. The washing machine also malfunctioned during our stay, overflowing into both the kitchen and theater room creating a major cleanup for us and an unwelcome disruption. Many TV remotes needed batteries, seems the property hadn’t been properly checked or maintained before our arrival. Keurig coffee maker didn’t work, the propane tank for the grill was nearly empty we had to replace. Host was courteous and did what she could once issues were reported. The house was beautiful! The hosts were excellent at communicating and checking in through out our stay. We arrived early and without asking they offered us access to the house upon arrival. The rooms and bathrooms were Very clean! The pool is simply amazing and we enjoyed it day/night! We LOVE staying in this neighborhood! We highly recommend booking this house or any with this host!
