The staff are always rude. I got hung up on because BethAnne didn’t want to discuss it any further. They get your deposit and you have to wait 5 to 10 days to get it back and then BethAnne and the other worker never wants to release funds baxk to you. So you ultimately have to go in person to get it back. They’re not clean like that and most fixtures in the rooms don’t work because they’re old. They don’t ever have both towels and rags most times it’s one or the other. The only thing good about it is that it’s cheap and in a great location

Last minute trip to Disney. Checked in after park hours, we waited about 2 hours in line to get our rooms. The gentleman, Armando, who checked us in was very nice, pleasant, and helpful. While waiting in line, there was a disgruntled woman who was taunting the employees the entire time, making a scene in the lobby. Upon checking out, we witnessed the same woman being escorted off property by police - which was nice. Both of our rooms smelled badly of cigarette smoke. There was a booger on the wall in the bathroom. Main room light and sink lights did not work. Mysterious things on the floor. Room was in poor condition. Our second room seemed slightly better. Upside: The room was very inexpensive. The shower was hot and sheets seemed clean. Did not put a damper on our weekend in the parks :)

Stay away. Will not even recommend to my ex wife as revenge. Place is disgusting, unsafe, unclean. Don’t stay due to the poor conditions of the rooms. And they have the audacity of not wanting to refund me. I’m still waiting for a call for manager. But he is dodging my calls and complaints. This point I had try to reach their director no luck. Very very disappointed.

This was a horrible stay we called for room service 2 times and no one ever came it was horrible the dirty pool smell in the rooms were horrible the front desk lady also gave us a rude welcoming and got mad that we said the room smells and put us in another room that smelled the same

This hotel overbooked several guests, over 3 nights. They were understaffed and giving out keys to rooms that already had people in them. I would highly recommend not staying here.

Stood in line for over 2 hours AFTER being there twice before. Was told we couldn’t check in before 3 then at 4, they told us our room still wasn’t ready. Took our money and refused to give it back! Just by walking inside the building, it was nothing like the pictures and was disgusting!! HIGHLY do NOT recommend to anyone

We had a horrible stay. Waited TWO Hours to check in at 11:30pm. Was given a non working key had to go back and wait for them to finish with a customer to get a new key. Room had mold on the ceiling, water damage to furniture and carpet was filthy. The AC barely worked and building was so run down. A person there was given a key to an occupied room and walked in on people sleeping. Breakfast was canned fruit cocktail, juice, bread & bagels. No cream cheese, only butter, jelly and peanut butter. Will NOT ever stay here again and if I didn’t have a small child that needed sleep, i would have left immediately.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Arrived at 9:30pm, the line was wrapped around the lobby and out the door. I waited 2 hours and 2 minutes in line to check-in. A woman came in and said when she checked in the day before, it was a 4 hour wait. Many people had issues checking in, and the employees were not announcing anything, so multiple people had the same issues that could have been resolved with an announcement. Got to my room, and they gave me an occupied room. Went back to get a new room, and I got a room with a NON-working a/c/heater. It was 12:30am at this point, so I dealt with it, since I had to be up in 6 hours. All TV channels are staticy or don't work. Also found a bug shell stuck to the furniture. I guess one positive is there were no bed bugs... DO NOT STAY HERE

Google has two listing with exactly the same name. I picked the wrong one and the driving nightmare began. From the fairgrounds, I drive over an hour to the wrong site which was not a hotel at all. Apparently someone fed a wrong address to Google to redirect customers. So am hour and a half later, I stopped for a quick meal. Last 2 miles took an hour. Then at 9 pm, it took an hour for hotel to check me in. So to do what should have been a 30 minute drive to 5 hours. None of the emails I received from Expedia or the hotel included the hotel address. Not real happy but it is inexpensive. Make sure to enter correct address if you are driving.

Bedroom hadn't been vacuumed in a while. I was sent to two different rooms which were already booked before they finally found one available ,(and after a 12 hour drive i was just wanting to sleep) and it had roaches. Staff was nice though.. you get what u pay for i guess

This hotel was disgusting, smelled like mold, and there were unruly guests staying here screaming every night. I felt extremely unsafe here even with an extra safety lock on my door. Will never stay here again and definitely do not recommend this hotel. Stay far away. I know it’s cheap and that’s why I booked it but I would look for an alternate option.
