Gorgeous two year old 2 bedroom/2 bath cottage located in the 24 hour gated Cottages of Margaritaville just 5 miles from the Magic Kingdom.

Cottages of Margaritaville is a development of homes, painted in tropical pastel colors, and reminiscent of turn of the century Key West architecture. Our immaculate cottage sleeps six with a master bedroom with king size bed and En Suite bath on the ground floor with a door leading out to a spacious patio with a hot tub. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and another master king bedroom with private bath upstairs with a door that leads out to a relaxing balcony. Three flat screen smart TVs with cable and high speed internet are located throughout the unit and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a Margaritaville brand frozen margarita mixer is ready to whip up your favorite concoction. A washer/dryer is included along with all bathroom necessities, with the exception of personal toiletries of course.

Sunset Walk is a newly established area of retail shops with numerous unique restaurants and plenty of free parking less than a mile from the cottage. It is an easy 15 minute stroll along ponds, waterways, and natural habitats for those desiring to work up an appetite or get some extra exercise. Additionally, Sunset Walk offers up an ice cream shop, a candy store, live music, an arcade, and frequent classic car shows on Saturday nights.

Orlando’s newest waterpark, Island H2O Live, is easily within walking distance as well and is located adjacent to Sunset Park. This waterpark offers exciting family fun with cutting edge technology in a completely interactive environment and is a great way to spend a day when not enjoying one of the many theme parks in the area.

Family get-a-way

Great place to stay! Beds and pillows are so comfortable!!! Even the pull out couch! Stocked with everything you need and if there’s something you forgot a Target nearby. Owners were very attentive and answered questions and concerns quickly. Very clean overall, our only small complaint is that the couch is beige/cloth and showing stains and dirt- we covered it with blankets but maybe a leather couch would work better. Overall a great experience!

Amazing stay

We can't say enough about our stay. We sold our vacation rental in January and our Motto was treat our guest how younwould want to be treated. Rex, Kathy and Howard were amazing and treated us as we would have treated our guests. We just loved the cottage, the location, and the company. We will certainly be back! Perfect location

The host was beyond exceptional from start to finish. Howard reached out to me at check in time to make sure I didn’t have any questions. The size of the home was perfect for me, my husband, daughter, and mother in law. The hot tub was a huge bonus after park days. The house is only a few lights away from World Dr making it super easy to get get to and from all of the parks. The area had numerous options on 192 for eating out. Super Target and Publix are right down the street and easy to get to. We visit the area 1-2 times a year and have already decided this house is going to be our first choice to stay at in the future.

Definitely a Peace of Paradise!

Howard and Kathy were amazing hosts and their place was immaculate. It had everything you needed for a perfect no fuss vacation. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The hot tub was a such a treat after a long day out. Howard was a very attentive and accommodating host and always got back to my texts quickly. I will definitely be coming back!

Amazing stay

We had a great vacation week in Margaritaville! Location is perfect for parks and shopping. The pool was amazing and we loved walking to Sunset Walk for dinner and shopping in the evening. The Fields were great hosts and very available. We can not wait to come back again!
