This home is located only a short 2 minute walk away from the resort clubhouse which boasts upscale and one of a kind resort style amenities including a bar, restaurant 2 pools as well as water slides and splash park, the areas Only FLOWRIDER surfing simulator, complete high end fitness center, arcade and convenience store.

The home is in brand new condition as it was not used nor rented out by the prior owners.
