This house had everything our family needed for our annual family vacation. Clean, extremely spacious and the location of the house was great (close to gate access). Keith was great to deal with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We have been staying in Davenport area for 15 years, and have to stay this is one of the top homes we rented. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were spacious and comfortable. Themed rooms were great for kids. Theatre room was great also. Only recommendation would be more towels for house. Overall, great house for large family vacations.

Let me start by saying we had the best time!!! Had 14 people ranging from 47-8 most were 24-15. There was plenty of room! Everything was as expected and shown in the pictures! The kids loved everything! The pool, game room, bedrooms and the theater were all fully used! Even though we had early mornings we had last nights too as we couldn’t resist getting competitive! The double laundry sets came in handy! We did have a couple of hiccups, couldn’t figure out the driving games or basketball game upstairs but they came to help us out once we notified them. Also we could never get the upstairs mini fridge to turn on, But that didn’t damper our stay. All the tvs around everywhere were awesome! We were able to watch football all week! Had mostly everything we needed in the kitchen- only thing we didn’t see, pizza cutter/potato peeler, never really know you need them till you don’t have them. But plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The beds were all super comfy and lots of pillows and blankets to go around! We have stayed in many rentals and this is the first that had ceiling fans!!! That’s what sold me first! And communication with owners was on point! They answered everything and were quick about it! My kids are ready to come back and want this house again! So much fun!
