There are a total of 5 bedrooms, 4.5-bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 loft, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 private lanai, and a swimming pool. 7 LED TVs in the loft, the living room, and every bedroom. The entire house is super spacious and perfect for a large family with many kids (children proofed).

Welcome to a stunningly cozy and stylish villa located in the warm state of Florida! This massive mansion has the potential to make your vacation the best you've ever had! Embellished with beautiful lighting, paint, and thoughtful touches all over, we have everything a family could dream of for an unforgettable getaway :)

Clean granite countertops, modern appliances, and beautiful furniture make dining here ideal for both family vacations and personal getaways. After a delightful meal with your loved ones, unwind in the living room specially arranged and designed to make you feel like you're living more than luxurious.

After a replenishing sleep in either the elegantly designed kids' themed room or the master bedroom, where this massive suite is filled with all the amenities you'd need for a perfect night. Ranging from a massive king bed to a spacious bathroom and a built-in wardrobe. The glass-designed shower will sure make you fall in love with this perfect piece of privacy.

Both of the kids' bedrooms aren't far behind, with uniquely designed and enchanted dorms embellished with Disney-themed paintings, posters, and more will surely make your little ones very satisfied. A small upstairs living room is also there for your convenience. In case you can't decide what to bring, a washing machine and dryer are also present, so pack your whole wardrobe!

Ready to soak up that sunshine in the sunshine state and get a tan? The screened patio will be where you'd want to be! Taking a dip in the pool? No problem! Carefully cleaned and maintained every week, the private pool serves as a refresher to unwind with your friends and family. (Heating provided for $35 a day. We recommend adding pool and spa heat in the winter months)

While you're just 12 mins away from the Disneyworld theme parks located in Orlando, here in Windsor at Westside, you wouldn't even need to leave the neighborhood! Staying at this villa will grant you free access to all of the amenities of the clubhouse. The main clubhouse includes amenities such as a gym, multi sports court, a huge waterpark (slides, lazy river, and more present), bar and Cabanas, Arcade, and more! All meticulously cleaned and maintained every day after hours (10-8 PM operation hours).

This 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom vacation mansion at Windsor Westside provides an abundance of perks and things to enjoy for you and your family. After all, isn't this what vacation should be? :)

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will be able to access the entire villa and the amenities. Free roadside parking is permitted and all amenities are accessible by the disabled. There is also a clubhouse in the gated community which includes a gym, an arcade, huge waterpark, lazy river, and basketball and tennis courts, play structure for children, and much more! Note that this place is shared with other residents in the gated community but is kept very well-cleaned and sanitized every day.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:
This brand new villa was constructed in 2019, Making it one of the newest Vrbo villas in all of Orlando! The house is clean and well kept by a great cleaning/management crew and perfect for short-term rentals. The villa is also only located 12 minutes away from Disney World!

If you would like the pool to be heated, the standard nightly rate is $35, and if you would like a BBQ rental, there would be a $95 one-time charge, and that applies to your entire stay regardless of duration. Please note!!! The BBQ does not come with the listing.

We also offer late check-out at a rate of $25 per hour. If you would like to have any of these services, please let me know with an inquiry!

The house was great! Great location, my kids loved the King Kong room and the pool. It also had pool toys there, which our kids thought were awesome. Only things I would suggest is maybe adding pool towels and new pots and pans, but really no real complaint! My kids are already asking to go back!Will be booking there again later this year.

The units in the complex are nice with an open layout and spacious rooms with multiple bathrooms! The kids rooms were much more cute in person that what the photos showed, and a fun surprise for the kids. We really enjoyed the community pool area as well, it was a great place to relax on our days not at the theme parks. We ended up using the community pool more than the one at the rental, so probably didn’t need to purchase the heated pool at the end of the day.This is very obviously purely a rental property, and amenities at this house are sparse. There were very few and very used cooking pans/utensils, we had to buy our own cooking pan to even get by. No spices or basic elements for cooking, so be prepared to buy your own if you plan to make meals. There are extra towels, but no pool towels and no blankets around the house other than what’s on the beds.There were MANY hair blowdryers (8), a crock pot, and several coffee pots. We would recommend checking the unit before you consider purchasing items, as things we had be told were not provided were there. That being said, overall we had a wonderful stay! It was clean and our host communicated well prior to arrival. The community felt safe and filled with other vacationers.

The host was very receptive which I appreciated. I like the space for my family. The downsides were that the carpet was dirty and there is just a lot of small damaged items that probably should be fixed. I would also replace the cookware in the kitchen.

Family fun in Florida

This spacious townhouse in secure gated community with themed bedrooms worked well for our family of 5. Benefits include: amenities, AC, numerous TVs and restrooms, washer and dryer, dish washer, plates/silverware/cups, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, free parking in front of townhouse, private pool, and access to clubhouse with free video game arcade, lazy river (bring your own floatie/pool noodle and towels or purchase there), pool, hot tub, and basketball court. Some pool noodles/floaties are at the townhouse. We wish there were more specific directions for checking in at the security gate and for the garbage/recycling (put in a bench for pick up); however, the host readily responded when asked questions. We anticipated a 15-20 minute drive to Disney parks/Universal Studios; however, due to varying traffic conditions this was sometimes 45 minutes or more. Grocery stores/gas stations were a short drive away. We could hear loud music/partying one night of our stay; otherwise, the site was quiet. We noticed some carpet stains, stain on couch, missing vertical blinds, marks on walls, and a bathroom door that didn't close. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay!

We were expecting to have a great relaxing vacation but it was just okay. The house itself was spacious enough for our family but the sofa bed was broken and we couldn’t use it. The pool we couldn’t use from the first day because it was over chlorinated. It was so bad my granddaughters eyes had a swelling reaction to it. There were lots of dirty dishes in the cabinets and we had to wash them before use. I notified the host and he replied quickly to my first couple of messages and then went silent and never responded again. The pictures listed of the property are very misleading. I would most definitely not stay there again but everything else about the area was great.

The communication with Andy was good. The dishes were dirty and needed to be washed before we used them. The floors were not very clean either. The pool heater was not properly but got repaired in a few days.
