GREAT stay!

We have previously stayed at Runaway Beach, but the quality of this residence far surpassed that one. Everything was as advertised—newly renovated, lovely furnishings, new TVs, and very clean. Little extra touches, such as coffee, sugar, syrup, etc., were an added bonus. We were so happy there for the month and look forward to future visits there!

Nice property

The condo is very nice and clean. Nice neighborhood. Great communication from the owners. No fault of the owners but there is an upstairs unit and you can hear every move they make. Loud foot steps at 1:00 am was aggravating. WiFi is super slow.

Winter get away!

I'm writing this for my parents, they are not good with Apps of any kind lol. I'm like their travel agent when it comes to booking them in rentals. I did the majority of the communication with Gino. I also was able to visit my parents for a few days during their stay. Gino is very efficient with answering text messages. He was great to work with and did everything he said he would do. The place was exactly as described in the description. The propert at Runaway beach resort is outstanding, the pool area is fantastic and very well maintained. There is plenty of seats and tables available with shaded areas or umbrellas for those who don't want to me in the direct sun. The availability to use the resort across the street is very convenient especially for families with younger kids. The pool at the Runaway beach resort is more low key but does have a kids pool. The resort across the street is more kid friendly with lots of activities including water slides, rock wall, mini golf, basketball hoops and plenty more. All you need to do is get a wrist band at the front desk of Runaway beach resort. This is a gated community with gate codes to enter the property and pool. The grounds of the property are very well maintained. This is my families 2nd year in the resort and they have booked for next year again. They are staying in a 3 bedroom for next year, this condo was 2 bedroom and 2 bath from Gino. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook and the washer/dryer is very convenient. My parents stayed for 36 nights and would rent again from Gino. The location of this resort is so close to the Disney grounds along with shops and restaurants. It sits on a quiet low key rode that connects to 2 major roads that will get you to just about anything you need including a Walmart less than a mile away. Gino my parents wanted me to thank you for a great stay, you were a great host. Rachel (Sandy and Tom's daughter)
