-Power kept going off during day 1 and 2. Staff had to keep using the power box to fill the switches, and slammed it every time. -People were very loud on the 4th floor until at least 3am, and slamming the outside door a lot. (Idk why there’s a 500$ noise policy if it’s not even implemented when a bunch of adults are being crazy in the hallways) -The first room we had smelled like seafood whole time, then was moved to the 1st floor after our first night because of all of the problems. (Which power continued going off a few more times, then was fine the last couple days) -Breakfast time was insane, I appreciate the ladies working very hard to keep up with all of the people, but there was no room to sit and barely any room to get food, people were cutting lines and coughing over everything and putting things back. We put our food in napkins to take to the room because guests were just acting very icky/messy in the table area. -We were suppose to talk to a manager about getting some type of refund for all of the problems, but nobody showed up apparently. So we didn’t bother asking again… ~Pool and play area outside was cute and kids enjoyed it, the one day we had time to use them!

Staff was greatest, but the "newly renovated" royal suite looked like it was not done professionally (floorboards with gaps, tiles not aligned, etc) and the room had an unpleasant odor. We were excited for breakfast since there was a lot talked about it, but it was overcrowded even during the time that was supposedly supposed to be best to go. With how loud it was, it was DEFINITELY NOT a family friendly environment. The food was also subpar and honestly was just another portion of the disappointment. Loved the park and playground that they had, but not sure I'd ever go back.

At first i checked in and thought it was nice with the lake and the pool and the lobby of the hotel. They "upgraded" me to the building 3 which was under construction, floors were dirty. Beds are old and sunk in? The sound from the main road is very loud. Then around 1030PM i shut the tv off and started moticing there was no sound barrier whatsoever between the rooms. The doors closing etc. Sounded like they were in my room. The family who checked in besise me was loud, they were talling to someone om speaker pgome and i could hear the whole conversation. I called to the front desk just after 11pm because it was so loud. They were full and could not do anything. I called one more time around 1140 and By midnight i was so tired and so frustrated with the doors banging and the loud talking I left! I stopped at the front desk and said I was leaving, Called an Uber and went Embassy South - Thank god! What a HORRIBLE HOTEL.
