Firstly, the Wi-Fi signal is very terrible and none of us can connect to the Internet. And then there is a regulation that we should empty the trash bin or they will charge 100 dollars per bin. You guys have charged 200 dollars for the cleaning fee, I'm confused. It means we should clean it up and pay for the cleaning. It is ridiculous!!!
