The nightly rate INCUDES a HEATED pool and spa for all reservations - the pool is fully screened, private, enjoy eating out by the pool in the evenings.


Grocery stores provide deliveries or curbside pick up as do restaurants.

The resort pools are all heated year round.

~This 4 bedroom 2 full bath and 1 x 1/2 bath with pool and spa ( fully screened) is in the HOMESTEAD section of Reunion Resort. We have rented and stayed in Reunion many years and have worked out what makes a great family floor plan .

~Privacy for the master suite with access to the pool and spa. ~A large covered lanai for all the family to enjoy - dining outside on the patio deck and to be able to enjoy some much needed shade in the summer months. In reunion resort we can arrange a BBQ rental for your stay, at an extra charge, 3 sizes and Michelle will check with you.

~The floor plan of our home has a spacious living area, along with an open well designed kitchen, with multi counter tops for food prep, breakfast bar seating, and well stocked cupboards for family dining plus a large pantry for you to store your groceries.

- This is a single story home - Ideal for those who don't need the challenge of stairs.
The KING master suite, with doors opening out on to the pool deck, has a flat screen TV, ( we have a whole house DVR) large open planned Master bathroom with twin vanities, corner tub and large walk in shower just feels like a retreat!
- The family room living space and kitchen is centrally located in the home - and has doors out to the deck.The kitchen has all you would expect from a quality home, with modern appliances, cookware and accessories all in good shape, if it's not useful we don't keep it!
- There is a formal dining room - seats 6 comfortably at the front of the property and can be used as a quiet spot for those who have to work on vacation. The kitchen has a nook with table and chairs, plus bar stools.
-The other 3 bedrooms are off a hallway - all have flat screen TV's - these bedrooms are furnished as a Queen - Queen - 2 x twin and have a fully size bathroom close by.
- An extra restroom near the living area is ideal for all guests to use thru the day, so your not using an other guests privacy.
- There is a full sized washer and dryer in the utility closet, off the hallway. .
- we include a full size pack and play, high chair, and stoller
The home has Central AC ( and heat if needed) - The thermostat is adjustable, if need be. We want you to be comfortable.
The pool patio area is where we always seemed to gather when we rented in Reunion, so we chose a large pool, with spill over spa - both ALWAYS HEATED. There is a pool safety fence to keep the little ones safe and the whole area is screened.
- The pool deck is spacious, and has a raised spa, with spill over into the pool. The lanai area is under cover, so you can choose to eat in the shade - Rain - sun - or Florida humidity, this is where guests seem to end up chatting and sharing their day and activities with family members.
- We have a professional property management company that takes care of the home and just as important , our guests. They are there to help and hopefully we shall be welcoming you back. You will have their contact details in your booking info, arrival info, and in the home. Expect a call or e mail from Michelle a few days into your stay to check all is good for you.

REUNION RESORT FACILITIES AVAILABLE TO OUR GUESTS:

~REUNION is an exclusive gated resort offering many amenties to guests.
The property is located in the HOMESTEAD section and is a short walk ( approx 6 minute) to the Reunion Grande Hotel, Clubhouse & Bar, - - Eleven Steakhouse, Forte restaurant, and the 7 Eagles Cove complex, these are just 2 of the 6 communities, all having resort pools - along with jacuzzi's - kids play areas - and Therapy pools
- The SEVEN EAGLES community has a salt water heated pool, hot tub, bar, pool side dining facilities, fitness gym, children’s games room/arcade, table tennis, 8 ball, and business center, plus an internet 'cafe' room. The fitness center is equipped with state of the art equipment and overlooks the large pool, with multiple lounger seating areas.There are Basket Ball courts and a Beach volley court for guests to enjoy.

Don't forget to check out the Reunion Grande Hotel, early in your stay - a luxury award winning hotel you are welcome to enjoy the live music on Friday and Saturday evenings in the hotel lobby, or try the famous Sushi Bar, dine at the restaurant 'Forte' or view the DISNEY FIREWORKS from the beautiful lit ROOF TOP pool and Tapas Bar - it is what us vacation home owners do!!
Reunion has an events calendar - you can pick up info in the lobby area.
Reunion is beautifully landscaped, has walking trails, so take a stroll and admire the million dollar properties in some of the communities.
As mentioned earlier there are 6 resort pools, some with therapy pools - spas - and a lap pool at The Terraces.

The Resort will provide you with a map upon arrival to let you explore all the communities.

For the younger children there are several age appropriate play areas, The Homestead section has a zero entry pool plus a toddler kiddie shallow pool that is fully fenced so they can't wonder to the larger pool along with loungers to relax and unwind. The Center Court pool has many loungers, and a play area close by, and some of the Villa communities have splash/fountain activity pads.


Please note, the access to the REUNION water park, golf and tennis is by private membership only. We do not have the membership and so we do not offer access to these areas of the resort. We have found guests are here to enjoy the Disney parks and central Florida attractions, and these resort amenities, although nice have an extra DAILY cost charged by the RESORT To the Guest of $55- this is charged everyday whether you wish to use the water park or not.Many homes in the resort have no membership/no access as guests are busy at the parks.

Upon arrival you will be given a resort map at the 24 hour manned security gate (and a parking pass). The guards are helpful - polite - they know you have perhaps traveled far and just might need a smile.
Many guests stay on property and enjoy the resort facilities, relaxing and recuperating on days off from the Disney Parks. Make good use of your own kitchen, dine on your own time, or pick up food to go from the on-site restaurants and bars - they will also deliver. (There is a Publix supermarket less than 0.5 mile away, subway, McDonald's, Chinese, pizza etc and a newly built 24/7 Walmart off 192 and Lake Wilson road.)

For the days spent outside of the resort, Reunion is a short easy drive to all Disney Parks - Magic kingdom, MGM studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, along with Disney water parks - allow 12 mins .
Universal Studios, Universal Islands of Adventure, Sea world, Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Wet and Wild are 20 mins and Busch Gardens 45 mins. Orlando International airport is close by at approx 30 mins drive

The Gulf coast or East Coast beaches are a short drive - 1 hr 45 mins and 1 hr away - making them a great day out ------call MICHELLE - WHO CAN ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND IS HERE TO HELP.
