The Magical Paradise is a short walking distance to the clubhouse and Sir Windsor's Water Park.

This beautiful recently remodeled home features comfort like you've never experienced before. You will be spoiled in the large temperature controlled Theater Room with the 120 inch screen, phenomenal projector and leather reclining theater seats. Access to an X-Box One or login to your own personal accounts on Amazon, Netflix and more.

There is a large Roku smart TVs in every bedroom. The Mandalorian and Mickey & Minnie themed bedrooms have a game system with games. Game systems are Playstation 4, and Xbox One. There is a large Roku Smart TV in the living room. There are lots of board and card games and children books.

The kitchen and dining area features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a dining table that can seat 10 comfortably. The open concept home is ideal for large families or groups of friends. You will be able to keep an eye on everyone easily.

Never have laundry worries as this home features two front loading HE washers and dryers. You’ll be amazed on how fast the laundry can be done so you can have fun on your vacation.

Step out to our pool and spa area. The covered and screened lanai and pool deck is awesome to enjoy anytime of year. You will enjoy the heated pool/spa while basking in the Florida Sunshine.

One last thing. We don’t allow pets or smoking. No Visitors are allowed. Your reservation must reflect the actual number of people staying and coming into the home. We do not offer early arrival or late departure. Our home accommodates 6 adults and 4 youth and 3 vehicles. The person making the reservation must be staying at the property from arrival to departure.

You must complete an agreement form with guest/vehicle list & upload a valid drivers license within 48 hours after placing the reservation. The agreement form link will be provided as you are completing the reservation or emailed shortly afterwards. If the agreement form is not completed correctly within 48 hours after you make the reservation, the reservation may be canceled. If the reservation is canceled because the agreement form is not completed correctly, or if the house rules are not followed prior or during the reservation, No refund will be issued. If the person who places the reservation is different than the person who pays for the reservation, the credit card holder must be a part of the reservation and stay throughout the entire reservation timeframe.

Rates are only guaranteed when payment is made in full and no alterations are made. Security Cameras are located on the exterior of the home. They collect and send video, sound and images. They are used during the remote arrival and departure. A security deposit hold is required and will be released within 14 days after departure.

Everything about the house was fabulous! Adults and kids spent a ton of time in the large pool and spa. The rooms and beds were well sized and very comfortable. The theatre room was great for watching movies, playing video games and watching sports! We would return to one of Melissa & Anne’s properties in a heartbeat!

Great place, close to Disney

I was worried that this place was too good to be true, but it lived up to our high expectations. Short ride to Disney (Animal Kingdom) and owners who respond within minutes to any need. Our grandchildren loved the pool at the house (who wouldn’t when it’s heated to 85 degrees) and the community’s waterpark and playground. A great house for the extended family.

This home was wonderful for our family’s needs. It is clean, spacious, and easy to support three adult couples and four small children without feeling in each others’ spaces.
