The first room that I was placed in smelled like vomit, mold and bodily fluids. The front desk said they have been having issues with this room. Then why even book people into it?? It was absolutely disgusting.
Thankfully the staff moved me to another room but this one had it's own issues:
1. It was next to an exterior door that slammed anytime someone opened/closed it. Which was A LOT.
2. DIRTY room. The soles of my white socks turned black. It had a faint smell of urine, but nothing compared to the first room I was put in.
3. The shower nozzle barely worked. Water would not turn off completely.
4. The TV was broken.
5. There is a side parking lot next to the building, a group of construction workers were hanging out drinking and playing loud music until 12am.
The property itself is tucked away in a sketchy area. It is also down the road from Secrets, whos music you can hear into the late hours of the night.
They did not do room or towel service while I was there. At some point I asked for towels, they never came.
The bed did not have a comforter. When I asked the front desk for one, they said they would bring one to me - they forgot. I had to ask again the next day.
0/10 I would NEVER stay here again.
