Quality Inn & Suites Kissimmee by The Lake Review
During my stay at the Quality Inn & Suites Kissimmee by The Lake, I encountered several issues that impacted my experience:
Room Size and Condition
The images of the rooms on the booking site were quite misleading. In reality, the rooms were much smaller than depicted. Additionally, the hotel is quite old and not well-maintained, with rooms that were both outdated and not clean.
Pricing
The price for staying here is significantly overpriced considering the quality and condition of the accommodations. Given the state of the rooms and facilities, the cost does not justify the experience.
Cleanliness and Maintenance
The hotel is in a state of disrepair and cleanliness is clearly not prioritized. The rooms were dirty and the overall environment lacked proper maintenance, contributing to an unpleasant stay.
Hotel Staff and Services
On a positive note, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Room service was provided three times a week, which was a plus. Additionally, the hotel offers free coffee throughout the day.
Breakfast and Amenities
The breakfast options were very limited, with only oranges or apples available as fruit choices. The breakfast area was often chaotic and noisy, largely due to the high number of families with young children staying at the hotel.
