Came to this one because the one just down the road was subpar. Staying at the Quality Inn, the room was modern and clean, and the main lobby had hot breakfast every morning at 7. The Quality Inn exceeded all of my expectations and saved my vacation.

Breakfast was very satisfying. Hotel is older, but maintained and clean. Only reason for 4 stars is it was uncharacteristically cold in Florida this week and our heater did not work. We asked to change rooms, but most heaters do not work. They did give us a small space heater but it was not enough to keep our room warm enough for my liking. The staff was super friendly and we felt welcome.

Our stay was fine. Less than a 10 minute drive to WDW, closet to Animal Kingdom. Lots of nearby shopping and restaurants to choose from. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The morning buffet was okay. Unfortunately the scrambled eggs eggs and mini sausages were not hot and the breakfast options are very limited. However, the make your own waffles is a nice option. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would have liked extra blankets. The best part of our 4 day stay, was the space heater the front desk put in our room. It was extremely cold during our visit to Florida during this trip.

This is my third time staying here and I really enjoy the convenience and how close it is to disney. The restaurants on either side are excellent and within walking distance. The staff, everyone here is really great. I highly recommend this place.

The reviews seemed pretty good and it was a good price, so I figured why not give it a try, but when I arrived the room was too dirty to stay in with my two young children. Stains on the walls, crumbs all over the surfaces. The desk staff, however, was very accommodating and helped us to get refunded. So while it was unfortunate that we couldn’t stay and I had to find/pay for another room before the refund was posted, I’m thankful the staff was willing to help me fix the issue.

PROS: This property was reasonably priced. The room was comfortable & clean, breakfast was really good, and staff were friendly. This is a good area to catch ride shares. Due to the busy roadway, it's not easily walkable (there are sidewalks but very hard to cross the road), but lots of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. CONS: I paid for a lake view room and instead had a view of the parking lot and dumpster. The lake is really a large pond and couldn't be seen from my room. The park shuttle is extremely limited with only a few drop off and pick up times that weren't convenient.
