Wonderful hotel! Amazing room: spacious, modern, and brand new, with super comfortable beds. We were very well taken care of at the front desk. friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast is very good; if they had waffle machines, it would be absolutely perfect!

The room was spotless . The staff was helpful. Breakfast could have been better and unfortunately . I never got my $100 room deposit back. They forgot to do so and I am having to contact them and my bank to get it back.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Loved our room and I love the fact we had housekeeper coming in most days and breakfast included in our stay. I would visit again and I would recommend as its a good location to pretty much everything

We really liked the room and the staff.We're great. The breakfast was really nice. The only thing that sucked was, we were told upon arrival which was over three hours after we were supposed to check in that the pool was closed.The splash pad was closed and there was no laundry. We had a toddler and I'm pregnant. So the main reason why we booked that hotel was because they had a pool and a splash pad. We ended up spending a lot extra for things to do to fill our week.Because those two things weren't open. It should have been noted in an email to us.Prior to us, arriving or it should have been stated somewhere before we checked in. We also think that we should have been refunded. Some money because the amenities weren't there.

Great place to stay, close to Universal, shopping and restaurants! The rooms were nice, I loved having a couch to relax on so we weren’t on the bed all the time when we just wanted to relax. One big thing that really stood out negatively was how loud the doors are when they close…whether we wanted to be or not we were up early everyday as people started to head out to the parks…cause it was door slam after door slam…and it wasn’t anyone’s fault as the doors don’t close quietly, even if you try. The pool was also closed but not the end of the world, we were still able to go in and relax in the sun.

Place was ok.. disappointed that we booked for 4 nights and the pool wasn’t open at all so my kids were very upset. Front desk said it’s on the website and it was NOT. I pulled up website and it wasn’t there and even the person in the front desk couldn’t find that warning on the site.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise, especially for the price. I took a chance on this place because of the location and price. It was too cold for the pool, and we didn't get up in time for the breakfast but I still enjoyed my room. Highly recommend it to anyone. I'm going on another cruise in July if I decide to hangout in Orlando for a day or two this is where I'll be staying.
