As you walk into this home you are greeted by an open-plan dining and kitchen area. This open-plan is perfect for allowing the entire family to cook, dine and hang out together. You will love preparing gourmet meals in this kitchen which has upgraded appliances and beautiful black granite countertops. Right beside the kitchen is the dining area that comfortably seats 12 and has bar top seating for 3.
The home has a very private courtyard so you can relax as the family splashes the afternoon away in your own private pool. Lie out on one of your 6 sun loungers and catch some Florida sun, or have a fun-filled afternoon with the family playing the poolside games provided. The home has a pool fence with a self-closing door as well as a kid's corner play area. There is also an outdoor pool bathroom for your convenience. The home offers a Sonos sound system inside and out to create the vacation feeling no matter where you are in the house. In the evening, gather around the firepit for conversations during the day or for a cozy way to end an evening with loved ones.
Cook and relax as you overlook the golf course from the front of the home. Featuring a summer kitchen, bar, outdoor TV, dining seating for 8, an outdoor slate pool table with pub seating and a Cornilleau ping pong table, it is the perfect area for social gatherings.
Have the fun of the theater without leaving your home in the movie room! Enjoy your favorite movie on the 120-Inch projector screen, which has an upgraded cable package, on the comfy sectional. On the second floor is a large living lounge with comfortable seating, a game table, and a cocktail table multi arcade. From here you will have access to the large balcony with more seating and an outdoor foosball table. Across from the lounge, you will find two king bedrooms and shared bathroom access.
On the third floor is a large master bedroom, large closet and en-suite bathroom. This room also has balcony access with spectacular golf views. Across from the corridor, you will find a large magical bedroom, which will simply blow the kids away! To the right is a full over full purpose-built bunk bed with built-in lights. There is a connected tunnel to the center play area and a spiral slide. This is connected with a tunnel to the left side of the room with a twin over twin bunkbed that has built-in lights. This bedroom creates a truly magical and one-of-a-kind experience that your kids will not be able to stop talking about!
The fun doesn't stop there in You Only Live Once! In the detached annex, you will find an amazing arcade room on the first floor. This room features a Transformer arcade, a 2-4 player Pac-man Smash Redemption arcade, 52 pucks air hockey game, 2 Need for Speed racer arcades, a Basketball arcade and a PS4 gaming set-up to a TV. As you head upstairs you will find a quaint kitchen, perfect for the group staying here to enjoy a snack or morning coffee in private. There is a king bed in one bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 60 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
