I've stayed here at least 10 times and every time it's clean and quiet. The rooms are large, and one of my favorite aspects is there are 2 sinks; one of which is outside the bathroom, so I can get ready while my family is showering.

Bit scruffy. Pool way too cold. Lazy river hours very limited. Most lifeguards on phones. Whats the point? Just keep it unguarded and guests are responsible for themselves. Slide too slow.

For the rates they charged it’s not worth it. The breakfast buffet is terrible no juice a waiter brings one cup of juice per person to the table. They charge me for my kids breakfast.

The front desk girl was the unfriendliest front desk person ive come across. She just asked for your credit card for a deposit hold, gave you your room keys and told you where to look for your room. Didnt give me a map of the hotel, didnt tell me where the pool was, the restaurant absolutely no info whatsoever. There was a roach in the bathroom which i did not expect at all and that was as soon as i walked in the bathroom.Other than that the hotel was ok beds were decent, no coffee machines in the room but there was a mini fridge and microwave so plus for that. No staff really visible to show you around or tell you where things are in the hotel. Just the lil things that would make this hotel much better! No where mear horrible but def no where near the best either. 2.5 - 3 out of 5 @ the very best.
