Property was great except somebody was having a party and NON paying guests therefor the lazy river was full of unauthorized guests and unattended children running and jumping into hot tub I called front desk and they said they would send someone out and NO ONE came out to check for the no. Paying people. At least 10 cars in full parking lot without hotel passes. Why should we be charged resort fees if we couldn’t enjoy the amenities when non paying people got to use the pool and spa because we couldn’t.

Clean comfortable room! Check in was easy and fast-despite it being midnight! Beds are comfortable! Appreciate the mini fridge (not very cold though) and having a microwave! A bit cold for pool (lazy river was not clean though-lots of leaves!) Breakfast was good as well! For the price, this a great accommodation and my usual choice when coming to theme parks!

Second time staying here in a matter of 6 months and this time was not as pleasant as our last. Tons of drunk people and indecent kids. Pool was cold and hot tub was gross all the time. Our rooms exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work so it got too hot to take warm showers, Room service never did their job. Wed call and they’d never show up. Restaurant/bar is way overpriced. Lifeguards are useless and unfriendly. the location sucks with the type of traffic there is surrounding the hotel. Pull out couch’s springs stuck through the mattress. Front desk was helpful when we had an issue with our original room being surrounded my a school full loud obnoxious kids. Guy in the gift shop is a total jerk and doesn’t deserve a dime.
