Welcome to The Rendezvous at Regal Palms, a house and a resort that takes your family fun to a whole new level.



The Space:

This Townhouse is updated comfortable and has everything you need to charge up for coming fun. Want a down day for yourself but let the kids “play it out”? Why not take in the epic slide, the chillin’ lazy river, or wade through the Regal Palms Heated Pool?



With a list of epic on-site amenities and proximity to popular attractions, this Davenport property is an easy ace! There’s a bar and grill on site, pool table, arcade, ice cream shop, spa, and kids playground. Truly an activity or a chair to nap in for one and all.





There is no street or grass parking. If any vehicles are found even a tiny bit on either one, security will stop by to tag the vehicle. After an hour of being noticed that is when the towing company will come out to remove the vehicle.



Your residence offers an open living space which features ample seating, cable TV, and access to the back patio. The kitchen comes with everything you may need to whip up delicious meals from home. Whether it be fueling up for a day of fun or a multi-course dinner, the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and extra items such as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker for your convenience. Steps away, enjoy dinner together at the table for 6.



The home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably between 4 private bedrooms. Each space is furnished with comfortable linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.



Bedroom #1, located on the 1st floor, is outfitted with a Queen bed, Smart TV, and shared en-suite. The shared en-suite offers a shower/tub combo.



The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are found on the 2nd floor.



Bedroom #2 is configured with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #3 highlights a Queen bed, and smart TV.



Bedroom #4 is decked out with a King bed, and private en-suite. The en-suite sports a shower/tub combo.



An additional full bathroom on the second floor is shared between bedrooms and has a shower/tub combo to accommodate guests.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- A laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer is available for guest use.

- There is parking space for up to 3 vehicles.

- All guests must check-in at the Regal Palms front desk before arriving to the unit for registration. Please Note: A mandatory Resort Fee of $22.50 per night, per unit is due directly to Regal Palms Resort at check-in. This fee grants access to community amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse, as well as on-site parking.

Note: If you made your reservation on or after July 15, your resort fee has already been included in the total. Guests who booked prior to July 15 will still need to pay the resort fee upon arrival.

- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.

- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.



The property is located in the Regal Palms Resort, a private gated community that offers a list of desired amenities. Guests of Regal Palms are welcomed to enjoy the on-site pool, lazy river, waterslide, hot tub, an indoor bar and outdoor tiki bar, ice cream shop, pool table, arcade, children’s playground…and SO much more!!



Outside of the resort, there are several options for dining and shopping a quick drive away. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city is 8-miles away that sports a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop.



The major Florida theme parks are also just a skip-and-a-jump away - Disney World & Animal Kingdom (10 miles), Epcot (14 miles), Universal Studios (22 miles), and Sea World (24 miles)!



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. Other Things to Note:

NOTE: All guests need to stop by the front desk on Sand Mine Road before going to the unit to get registered. There is a $22 daily resort fee paid to regal palms.
