Bravo, we had an amazing stay at the Rosen with top notch service and delicious dinner options. Convenient to everything, we didn't even need to take our car. The local bus routes got us every where we were looking to go. Rosen staff was soooo helpful, we couldn't have been given better customer service. We'll be back for sure!

Excellent stay. Room bait and switch.

The stay was excellent. Quality service all around. My only complaint is that the hotel performed a bait and switch on our room. I reserved and paid for a king-sized bed. When we arrived, they put us in a room with two queens. They made up nonsense about how only 5% of guests can get a king bed and told me the price was the same. I knew it wasn't, so I asked for a refund for the differential and was denied. I reached out to Hotels.com and am waiting on a resolution.

My most favorite think about the Rosen is the cleanliness of this hotel. You dont have to worry about a dirty room. Housekeeping staff come by every day of your stay. A lot of the hotel use Covid as an excuse to not clean your room everyday.
