The pillowcases were dirty. I told the staff and one pillow was changed. When the room was cleaned all that was done was the bed was made. Didn't take out the trash or replace towels. The TV Didn't work and after 2 people came no one came back or gave any update. I booked 2 beds and only got 1. The front desk said they would give me a roll away bed and they offered not to charge me.

Clean and vey nice Hotel. Elevators only on front side very far walking from from the parking area. Charge for parking is very high .
