First room lights doesn’t work . So they transfer to the second room… now we are without WiFi… lady at the front desk mentioned since we changed the room is the reason why my we don’t have WiFi. Overall, everything was nice and we had a good stay at Rosen Plaza. The room was clean, the hotel was well kept, and there were no hidden fees, which I really appreciated. Check-in and pricing were straightforward. The only small downside was when I asked the lady by the buffet if they offer any complimentary birthday meal for breakfast—she was a little rude. Other than that, everything else was great and I would stay here again.

I booked this stay specifically for a king-size bed, but when I arrived, we were given two twin beds instead. When I called the front desk, they told me that Expedia didn’t inform them of the room type and that they had overbooked. I’m not sure whether the issue was on Expedia’s end or the hotel’s, but the situation felt like a bait-and-switch. Unfortunately, this makes me hesitant to stay here again because I can’t trust that I’ll receive the room I actually reserved.

Absolutely amazing location. In the middle of everything the city has to offer. Very clean and spacious room. The staff was very accommodating and the amenities were well worth the price. I will return.
