Open and airy One bedroom Condo with excellent amenities in a safe and gated community within 3 miles of Disney Animal Kingdom Theme park. The resort amenities include 2 Pools one of which is heated, Jacuzzi, Gym, Tennis Court, Volleyball court, Play areas and ponds. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There is a second queen bed in the living aree. Equipped with fast wifi, large TV in living room and master bedroom and a work desk. please note there is no balcony.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, smart TV in the living room and TV in the master bedroom as well. Unit has a dedicated washer and dryer. Linen and towels are provided to the guests!

Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils.

There are 2 swimming pools in the resort and the one next to the clubhouse is heated. The resort also features a indoor Game Room, Fitness center, Volleyball court and Kids play area.

This is a strictly no smoking property. Penalties apply for breaking house rules.
Please no parties, no types of gatherings or events are acceptable. Sorry no pets.

Our holiday vacation home rentals are all self-catering. This means that is under your responsibility to bring all of the supplies which you will consume or use during your stay. This includes toiletries, food, drink, sanitary supplies, etc.

Guest acknowledges that Florida's has a tropical climate Insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Owner will try to minimize encounters, but any encounter inside the property does not breach this Agreement and does not entitle Guest to a refund or rental adjustment.


No Third-party services are allowed at our house. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund and will incur additional penalties.
